Tom Sweat

President

As the company’s President, Tom provides leadership to the organization and spearheads the direction of expansion and innovation. He was instrumental in the creation and development of TEC’s Analytical Services division, and its cloud services. Tom also participates closely in certain Professional Services and Strategic Services projects. Tom has led and participated in multiple acquisition projects by performing Collections Operational and Technology Due Diligence. He has acted as Interim CIO for industry-leading collections agencies, and he has assisted in the identification/recruiting of permanent CIOs. Previous to TEC, Tom led Information and Technology Services as CIO for Van Ru Credit Corporation and Vice President of Systems at Sitel Corporation. Tom arrived at Sitel after he left Bankcard Service Corp where he spent almost nine years as Senior Vice President of Systems and Operations, where he managed Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical Support.
