Our team of highly skilled consultants take the pain out of collection system management.  Software platform providers have had to change the way they are structured and often find it difficult to go the extra mile for each and every customer due to internal constraints.  TEC’s Support+ solutions are geared towards clients that would like to remove the stress from their teams by providing them resources that are responsive and ready to jump in and solve problems. 

Support+ is a combination of TEC’s ManagedServices solutions along with guaranteed phone and email support during normal business hours.  As an extension to your team, TEC will be ready for a phone call and handle any escalation requests on behalf of you to your software provider.  This approach ensures:

Time and Materials

We recognize that not every company is prepared or desires a ManagedServices model.  At TEC, our goal is to support our clients with a model that provides maximized ROI and value.  Clients are always welcome to be prepared with TEC by simply paying for hours used in a given week.

Our team is detail oriented and will ensure that all work is well documented every time.  In a standard Time and Materials model, we will send weekly invoices for hours actually used during the previous week.  Special terms may be available based on the required work.

Project Based

Our team is highly skilled at estimating projects at every level.  With a goal-oriented approach, TEC can provide estimates that align to project needs.  In special circumstances, we may offer clients a project-based cost proposal that outlines clear expectations and assumptions leading up to our quote.  Most of the time, our team requires an analysis period prior to offering these types of cost options.

Transformer Management System (TMS)

Transformer Management System (TMS) is a unique solution that ensures seamless client data file transmission.  Hosted in our AWS cloud, TEC is proud to offer TMS as either a stand-alone solution or part of our ManagedServices offerings.

Transformers can be configured to automatically pick up client output files, convert them into ready-to-import files and export the file to your systems of record and back.  In other words, remove the complexities of managing multiple file transformations for each client with TEC’s TMS platform.
