The True Colors workshop proved to be a valuable exercise for our team. The interactive and practical method offered an enjoyable way to understand not only our individual communication styles, but it also offered insight into other's preferred communication styles, as well as the combined preferred communication style of each department. Understanding and appreciating these differences has helped us to modify our approach and responses to individuals in an effort to reach company goals as a team.
Our organization now recognizes where and why communication breakdowns occur and have the tools to remedy the issues. Our management team was so impressed after the first session of True Colors that we scheduled additional workshops for all employees and their families. It served our company well as a morale booster and enhanced team synergy!
