We engaged TEC Services Group for management consulting and strategic planning. None of us knew what to expect that first week, but we went into it with an open mind, and came out with an enlightened knowledge of ourselves, our employees and our interpersonal relationships. TEC took the time to get to know all of our management staff, and listen to their perspectives on issues involving the company. To further understand our relationships TEC put each of us, through a "True Colors" personality assessment session. These sessions were very eye opening for many reasons; as we were able to not only learn about our own personalities, but how to interact better with our co-workers, taking into consideration each of their unique personality traits.
At the end of the engagement, TEC knew more about our management staff then we did. They gave us many recommendations for personnel changes, ways to motivate our staff and improve our culture and communication. Many of these recommendations have already been implemented in our office, and are already producing outstanding results.
