TEC's consulting last Fall has been very beneficial. The "True Colors" exercise was enlightening and our managers enjoyed it. Helping us gain direction and focus on key areas for this year along with implementation of suggested programs has created an excitement among our staff. The first two quarters of this year have been the most profitable in company history!
