Sarasota, Florida, March 12, 2010 - TEC Services Group, Inc. today announced the
launch of TEC Analytics, to complement its Professional Services and Strategic
Services divisions. Since 1998,
TEC Services Group has provided operations and technology consulting to
collection agencies and credit grantors.
TEC Analytics expands this focus beyond leveraging technology and best
practices to making better use of data to enhance collection results and
efficiencies.
“Today, profitable debt
collection is all about efficiencies.
In this economic environment, no one can afford to spend precious
financial or human resources for little or no return,” says Tom Sweat, TEC
Services Group President. “Because
debt collection is a data driven process, agencies have to be savvy about what
data they use, how they use it, and what they spend for it. That’s where TEC Analytics comes in,”
said Sweat.
TEC Analytics will help
mid-size to large collection agencies and credit grantors leverage the data and
technology solutions they already have and more cost effectively use they data
they buy for increased ROI. For
example, TEC Analytics will integrate skip-tracing resources into a customized,
champion/challenger-driven waterfall that enables collection organizations to
better measure results and vendor effectiveness. In doing so, TEC Analytics will leverage the data exchange
and workflow management capabilities of its long-time strategic partner
DataRose.
“For eleven years, TEC
Services Group’s mission has been to help collection organizations do more with
less. To this end, we have always
delivered real world operations and information technology experience and
support to our customers. Now, we
have the complete package – know-how, technology and analytics,” concluded
Sweat.
